Job description

  • 6 month initial contract
  • Can be based anywhere in Australia
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Hold and AGSVA Clearance would be highly regarded ( or ability to obtain one essential)

Must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst
  • Experience using work tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops
  • Salesforce experience

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the departments current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
  • Interpret technical solutions for non-technical staff such as business and business analyst stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
  • The production of detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs as documented in Requirements documents, Epics and process maps.
  • The production of products within a DevOps and agile delivery model, including feature definition, requirements and Product Backlog Items (PBI) definitions.
  • Work closely with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
  • Analysis of systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to define a high level interface solution.
  • Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalation.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with business and business analyst representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
  • Produce detailed designs, system process models and wireframes that demonstrate how the solution addresses business needs.
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.
  • Discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Utilise excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
