About the offer:

• As a Technical Support Analyst you will provide platform support for the (in development) Distributed Ledger Platform.
• Your responsibilities include - Level 2 technical support and pre go-live operational readiness for the on premise and cloud based platform.
• The scope of the role also includes undertaking monitoring metrics building and security enhancement
• This role includes incident, problem, release and change management, and 24*7 operation ( oncall)

Roles and Responsebilities:

• Level 2 technical support for both ASX hosted (and cloud based) Distributed Ledger (DLT) platforms.
• Incident Management (including Root Cause Analysis), Problem management, Release Management.
• Set up monitoring/alerting across environments using enterprise tools (ELK /Kanbana) or scripting.
• Completion of routine tasks such as Health Checks, User Queries
• Participate in non-functional testing required by projects and software releases.
• Maintenance of technical documentation required by the team for operational support.
• Server side software installation (Linux system) and configuration of systems/environments.

Required Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in IT, computing, science or maths
• 3+ years support of mission critical applications
• 3 + years' experience in Linux OS admin, install, configuration, troubleshooting (including Bash, Cron, Perl or Python scripting).
• Experience with application monitoring tools such as ELK.
• 2+ years' experience in container (e.g. Docker or K8s) admin and deployment platforms.
• Exposure or Knowledge in Terraform or other Infrastructure As Code tool
• Good knowledge of IT Service Management platforms, such as Service Now.
