Our Federal Government Client is looking for an experienced Technology Integration Analyst Specialist to join their team. This is a 12 months contracting role with a possibility of a 1x12 months extension option. This role is open to ACT, QLD and VIC. This role is open to Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

To be successful in this role you must have.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical interface specifications documents between new systems and legacy platforms.
- Analyse and document data transformation, transport methods, field-level mappings, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, developers and other system specialists to ensure the interface specifications alignment with integration design and architectural standards.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and privacy controls are embedded in all integration points.
- Conduct technical impact assessments for proposed system changes.
- Participate in interface testing, defect triage, and technical troubleshooting.
- Be part of a high-performance team with an emphasis on an accountable performance culture
- Develop and maintain highly effective working relationships with operational and business elements for the client, as well as other internal and external stakeholders to the OneSKY program to ensure open and transparent communication and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate to understand business workflows and ensure technical interfaces align with business needs.
- Act as a technical liaison between project teams, infrastructure, development, and third-party vendors.
- Support knowledge sharing and promote understanding of technical integration concepts among non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide timely updates on integration deliverables.
- Ensure integration designs comply with organisational cyber security policies and data governance standards.
- Identify and escalate integration-related risks and participate in the development of mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on integration architecture, data flows, and technical dependencies.
- Contribute to system audits and compliance reviews by providing interface documentation and traceability evidence.
- Support reporting on integration progress, risks, issues, and quality metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in creating detailed interface specifications that include data mapping, validation and transformation rules and data flows between modern and legacy systems.
- Data and Interface Analysis: Demonstrated experience in analysing data structures (e.g. XML, JSON, CSV), APIs, and experience with multiple messaging protocols (e.g. REST, SOAP, MQ, FTP).
- Systems Thinking: Ability to understand the interdependencies between systems, data source

- Shares integration knowledge and technical expertise with peers to uplift team capability.
- Actively contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Ensures all integration designs incorporate security, data integrity, and safety considerations.
- Adheres to safety, compliance, and governance frameworks in all integration activities.
- Participates in reviews and ensures technical deliverables meet system integrity and regulatory standards.
