We are looking for our newest Senior Account Manager for our Major Accounts Team. You are someone who gets excited by technology and providing clients with talent solutions. Paxus is currently looking for passionate and committed 360 or Senior Recruiter to focus on account management and recruitment delivery for a large commercial client.
This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in managing key client accounts, stakeholder engagement, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of vacancies across a number of accounts.
The following will be key to your success:
Achieving growth through solid relationships with our major account client, gaining detailed understanding of their needs, pain points and strategic direction
Aligning our talent solutions to suit our clients' current and future requirements
Being aware of market trends
Managing and developing own client list
