Role Overview:

The Activation Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels. This role involves crafting strategic marketing plans, managing campaign execution, and ensuring high performance across various platforms. The Activation Manager serves as the primary contact for clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the role includes supervising a team, managing budgets, and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Execution:

    • Develop, launch, and manage high-impact performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Search, Display, Video, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
    • Optimize ad creatives, set precise targeting parameters, and oversee budget management to ensure campaign success.
  2. Strategic Planning:

    • Create and implement strategic marketing plans that align with client goals and budgets, covering PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising.
  3. Client Relations:

    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and KPIs.
    • Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance.
  4. Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
    • Measure and interpret key metrics like KPIs, conversion rates, CTRs, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and guide a team of digital marketers and media buyers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and high-quality execution.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize performance and ROI.
    • Ensure budgets are monitored and optimized to deliver the best results.
  7. Client Retention:

    • Ensure client KPIs are met across all channels and foster client retention by achieving performance targets.
  8. Business Development:

    • Contribute to business growth through research, proposal development, and pitch presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with a focus on performance channels.
  • Expertise: Extensive knowledge of paid search and social media advertising.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data analysis tools for tracking and improving campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record of effective budget management and optimization.
  • Project Management: Strong capabilities in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent skills for presenting campaign insights and strategies clearly.
