Key Responsibilities:

  • DevOps in Akamai DNS, CDN, and WAF
  • Development and optimization of Akamai CDN setups
  • API development for fast purge, user admin, and more
  • Security incident management and content clearing
  • Collaboration with SOC and application teams for seamless operations
  • Weekly reporting and strategic planning with the Service Delivery team

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Proven experience with Akamai DNS, CDN, WAF, and SSL certificate management
  • Hands-on knowledge of load balancing, traffic prioritization, and web performance improvements
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, Eclipse, Putty, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
  • Basic networking knowledge, experience with Nginx, Apache, and reverse proxy configurations

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google
  • Basic understanding of network layers, protocols, and firewall management
