Application Support Engineer is a highly specialised role responsible for providing technical support regarding a spectrum of software used within a specific business sector.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing basic installation / upgrade activities of Globalscape EFT server.
- Good understanding of File transfer protocols (FTP / SFTP / FTPS).
- Good understanding of Incident management.
- Hands on experience in BMC Remedy ticketing tool.
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, python.
