A permanent role with a well-respect Australian financial services organisation with offices in Sydney CBD near Wynyard Station.

This newly formed role will lead a support team for a portfolio of applications, including digital apps.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a support team supporting a diverse portfolio of applications, including digital apps
  • Work w/ senior leaders to consolidate the existing ticketing work-flow process into a singular process using ServiceNow
  • Manage support requests and escalate to internal teams and vendors when needed
  • Report findings and data back to management
  • Work with products within CRM, marketing and digital platforms

The successful candidate's CV will mention much of following skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working within application support, ideally with digital apps
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Remedy or similar ticketing products
  • Familiarity with enterprise incident and application change management procedures
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and office productivity skills
  • Experience in dealing with 3rd party vendors for support/operational issues
