Our client, a large government agency, is requiring a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Coordinator to be an integral member in one of their teams. As the Analyst you will be customer facing working on a systems uplift. You will be an incredible business performance and improvement specialist and preferably have working experience with Salesforce (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Analysing and reviewing regulatory compliance programs processes, to assist in the development of systems, reports and dashboard to improve customer outcomes and streamline case management and reporting.
- Establishing data assets for analysing and reviewing notifications, processes to assist in the development of systems to improve compliance outcomes and streamline sanction management reporting.
- Identification of data sources and undertaking data analysis to identify high risk compliance areas and opportunities to uplift regulatory outcomes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for connected data sources and assist in developing external industry education materials.
- Collaborate with developers and data analysts of current business systems to support the delivery of business requirements documents and process/policy revisions across multiple IT projects.
Essential:
- Strong presentation skills- Excel, PowerBI, Sharepoint
- Experience in reporting
- Power BI, Data Analytics
- Regulatory and risk outlooks
- Adaptability and flexible strengths.
