We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a forward-thinking digital transformation team focused on delivering cutting-edge public-facing services through virtual assistant and chatbot technology.
✅ About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a virtual assistant/chatbot capability designed to enhance customer interactions across digital platforms. You will be instrumental in gathering and translating business requirements, designing conversational flows, supporting agile delivery, and contributing to backlog refinement for this high-impact initiative.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on chatbot or virtual assistant implementations
Strong understanding of conversational design principles
Proven ability to communicate technical and non-technical requirements to diverse stakeholders
Experience working within agile delivery frameworks
Background supporting testing, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery cycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience
✅ Desirable
Experience working in government or large, complex organisational environments
Exposure to public-facing digital services and customer engagement platforms
✅ Formal Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must be able to pass a criminal history check
