Our client, one of the largest consultancies in the world, is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join their team and deliver on one of Australia's largest Transformation projects in Banking. This project is a major transformation of credit cards and services within the consumer banking domain. The successful incumbent will work with data flows, data warehousing and specifically credit card application simplification.
Desired Experience
- Large scale banking project experience - customer/consumer data
- Upstream and downstream data mapping
- Knowledge of Teradata and enterprise data warehousing.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and clarifying the business needs and opportunities.
- Summarise and collate the solution scope, implementation approach and dependencies
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state assessing options for achievement and provide recommendations
- Assess change impacts to requirements of possible solutions are identified; ensures alignment with scope, change strategy and project timelines
- Ensure that the defined requirements are produced correctly, that align and support delivery of target business value
- Ensure design options define the solution approach, identify opportunities to improve the business and achieve the desired future state
- Analyse data collected to evaluate the effectiveness of a solution, including data profiling, accuracy, and completeness
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic understanding of business system
