About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a newly established program within one of Australia's largest superannuation funds. This program is part of a broader strategic uplift to align enterprise risk frameworks and systems with evolving APRA standards, including CPS 230 and CPS 234.
This role offers a chance to help define how the program operates from the ground up, working closely with risk, compliance, data, legal, and technology stakeholders. If you're a seasoned BA who thrives in complex regulatory environments and enjoys building structure out of ambiguity-this role is for you.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in risk, compliance, or regulatory change projects within financial services or super
Deep understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, APRA standards (esp. CPS 230/234), and compliance processes
Ability to work with large, complex datasets for validation and insight (no coding required)
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technical teams
Skilled in producing high-quality documentation: business requirements, user stories, process flows
Self-starter with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with APRA CPS 230 or CPS 234
Exposure to GRC tools or enterprise risk systems
Background in superannuation, financial services, or insurance
