Client
A number of our State Government clients are embarking on digital transformation journey that will increase effectiveness, efficiency, and speed with a view to reducing the 'siloed' approach to providing services.
If you are a Business Analyst with experience of having worked within an Agile environment, we would be keen to hear from you.


About the role:

  • Transformation experience with an Agile approach
  • Sound experience in preparing project documentation including business process models and user requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
  • Provides expert professional and technical advice to support decision making
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Hands On experience with user stories
  • Ability to define acceptance criteria
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills and a quick learner

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and determine the required digital solution
  • Document user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate and lead Agile / Scrum practices to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Work with product owners to develop and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Assist in change management and quality assurance testing.
  • Help in scrum/progress boards including daily tracking of projects and initiatives, providing updates
