About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst join an existing team supporting and developing their workforce management system. This role will see you involved in the analysis of the existing system, engaging with business stakeholders and updating documentation to reflect improvements and changes to the system and relevant processes.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working with business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM or Workforce management)
- Experience managing change activities
- Ability to liaise with vendors to facilitate workshops and other project activities
Nice to have:
- Exposure Workforce Management products (e.g. Ellipse)
