You will be working on hybrid projects with cross functional teams (4 parts of a large business coming together), facilitating technical thinking, working with other BAs, PMs, data scientists and data engineers.
This program is in its early stage right now and projects can still change direction, but the overall big picture clear. This will be a fantastic challenge for someone who has worked, or wants to work in an innovation space and has got ability to see holistic big picture.
As successful candidate you should have experience with agile projects, building roadmaps, data analysis, gap analysis, ability to analyse solutions, experience with business benefit realisations, better quality health checks, creating data models and creating the actual templates so solutions are fairly judged.
Ideally you will also have production planning exposure, intermediate SQL skills, senior stakeholder skills, experience working ideally on big data projects, asset management experience, etc.
