Work as a Business Analyst with an established consulting firm for a leading organisation in Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis planning and monitoring to determine which activities are necessary in order to identify relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to manage requirements and provide constant assessment of progress
- Gather, organise and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources
- Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in.
- Effectively identify and define business needs and problems/issues to enable a feasible solution scope to be developed.
- Effectively communicating requirements to stakeholders, managing conflicts, issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope
Experience Required:
- 4 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom industry, with around 2-3 years in Telecom Billing
- Strong experience in Requirements Management (gathering, prioritisation, modelling, etc)
- Experience in stakeholder management and capable of influencing stakeholders
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Good Communications skills
- Experienced in Telecom Wholesale Billing and ERP Functional Domain preferred.
