BUSINESS ANALYST - DIGITAL SERVICES TRANSFORMATION
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for improving customer service outcomes through digital transformation? Join a program of work focused on modernising transactional service delivery across Queensland, where your input will directly influence real-world outcomes.
THE ROLE:
We're seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to support a high-impact transformation program. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver business solutions in an Agile environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Analyse current processes and recommend opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support solution development and ensure alignment to business goals.
- Prepare high-quality documentation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Lead requirement workshops and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and manage project deliverables through to sign-off.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong experience in business analysis within complex and fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Skilled in process modelling, re-engineering, and user journey mapping.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working closely with developers and testers.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience with digital service platforms or government services.
- Previous involvement in customer service transformation or system upgrades.
- Exposure to process automation, UAT planning, and delivery in Agile settings.
LOCATION:
- Brisbane-based role with flexible work arrangements available.
