Business Analyst - ECM Implementation
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact enterprise content management (ECM) implementation project. This role will focus on developing future-state process maps and supporting the design, data migration, and deployment of a new enterprise-wide digital solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and document 'to be' business process maps using BPMN standards.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to support solution design, implementation, and transition.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including delivery leads, vendors, architects, and change specialists.
- Support data migration activities, testing, go-live, and handover to operational teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise ICT solutions in large, complex, or regulated environments
- Proven ability to build consensus and effectively communicate across business, technical, and vendor groups
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills - including plain English documentation
- High-level capability in Visio (BPMN), Excel, and Jira
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving project settings
DESIRABLE
- Prior experience working on content or information migration projects
- Background in government or large public sector program
