This organisation is undertaking a digital transformation towards the future by implementing a fully digital system where our systems and data, and therefore our people, are better connected. As part of this initiative, an opportunity for a Change Analyst to join their Brisbane team has become available.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Change Management or equivalent experience in large complex organisations
- Proven experience in providing business and change analysis support to business leaders in a large, complex operating environment or equivalent
- Support the building relationships, influencing, and facilitating conversations to constructively challenge the status quo, identify impacts of the desired future state, and enable leaders and employees to adopt new behaviours, mindsets and practices in order to achieve organisation objectives in collaboration with the DEBBs Change & Readiness team
- Collaborate across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful adoption and embedding of the required behaviours, mindsets and practices from business transformation and change initiatives.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. This is a hands on delivery change role.
- High level presentation and communication skills, including written and verbal, to a wide and diverse target audience.
