Job description
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the deployment of key business and digital transformation initiatives for a highly recognised organisation with a strong presence in WA.
This is a hands-on role focused on leading change activities, driving frontline engagement, and ensuring successful training and adoption across operational teams. Initially based in Perth, the role will require regular site travel to support end-user readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine training and deployment plans
- Coordinate and deliver training activities
- Lead communications and engagement with frontline users
- Support business and change readiness activities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and adoption planning
- Collaborate closely with project teams to manage people impacts and risks
- Ensure sustainable change through coaching and engagement
If order to be shortlisted, you should be able to demonstrate the following capability:
- Proven experience in Change Management and/or Training Delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting large-scale deployment activities
- Ability to deliver clear, user-friendly training and change materials
- Strong planning, coordination, and facilitation abilities
- Flexibility to travel to site locations as required
