Paxus is partnering with a leading financial services organisation who we currently undertaking transformation initiatives across multiple domains. As a result of these programs, an opportunity for a Change Manager to join their PMO within their Banking team has become available.
Role/Responsibilities
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing the change management plans within a high priority banking initiative. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Understand and apply the principles of change and develop approaches to suit the situation using Change Framework tools and templates.
- Develop and execute integrated change plans across complex streams or initiatives including key scope, milestones and governance.
- Understand all change impacts and identify opportunities to exploit or manage risks (includes communication and training plan integration)
- Communicate across senior leaders and stakeholders to manage business readiness and impacts to strategies and plans
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience leading change management activities within complex IT programs
- Previous experience delivering projects within a banking environment
- Proven ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others, internally and externally, including the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others in a team.
- Strong understanding of agile practices and experience working within an agile environment
