Work as a Cloud DevOps and Akamai Engineer with a leading Consulting firm on one of their Government sector projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and Packer to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and efficient software releases.
- Serve as the primary technical expert on Akamai products and services.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Automation & Scripting
- Implement security best practices across cloud environments, including IAM, network security, data protection, and compliance.
Skills required include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud DevOps and Akamai roles, with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Akamai.
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Elasticache, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Packer).
- Experience with monitoring stacks such as Elastic Stack (ELK).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Integrate Akamai APIs and create custom scripts for automation.
