Job description

Role purpose
The Communications Lead is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive communication strategy that supports the successful execution of a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation program. This role ensures that stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic messaging within complex, fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities:
Along with the accountabilities listed below, individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate the qualities and behaviours that align with client's values of courage, empathy, and excellence.


Strategic Communication Planning:

  • Develop and execute a communication strategy aligned with the program's goals, timelines, and change management approach.
  • Identify key audiences and tailor messaging to support awareness, understanding, and adoption of change.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, change managers, HR, and business units to ensure consistent and coordinated messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team and Corporate Affairs team to ensure all stakeholders - internal and external - are informed and engaged at the right points throughout the program.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership on communication risks, opportunities, and stakeholder sentiment.

Content Development & Delivery:

  • Create compelling content including program updates, FAQs, leadership messages, presentations, newsletters, and intranet articles.
  • Manage communication channels and ensure timely, transparent, and two-way communication.
