We're looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to partner with internal teams and lead improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, boost performance, and deliver tangible business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation and analytical skills, a passion for Lean/CI methodologies, and the ability to influence and coach teams across a complex environment.
What You'll Do:
Champion CI Culture: Be a visible role model for continuous improvement values and behaviours; actively promote curiosity, collaboration, and innovation.
Lead Engagement: Partner with key business units to scope, prioritise, and lead improvement initiatives; facilitate discovery workshops and co-design sessions.
Apply CI & Lean Tools: Use proven Lean and CI methodologies (e.g. continuous flow, work levelling, value stream mapping) to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Support Implementation & Coaching: Guide teams through improvements, support capability building, and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
Measure Success: Develop and implement benefit realisation frameworks; track and validate outcomes such as capacity uplift, time savings, and service improvements.
Communicate Outcomes: Prepare clear reports and presentations to share progress and success with senior stakeholders and governance groups.

What You Bring:
Solid experience delivering CI/Lean initiatives in medium-to-large organisations.
Strong facilitation skills - from leading workshops to engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to analyse data, identify root causes, and build actionable insights.
Experience coaching and mentoring others to build internal CI capability.
Qualifications such as Lean Foundations, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, Miro, Visio or similar.
