Job description

As the Digital Product Delivery Lead, you'll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role involves leading engagements with third-party contractors, implementing risk and security management systems, and establishing support models for maintaining and enhancing digital products post-launch.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery, aligning with contractual obligations and business goals.
  • Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies, ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate to ensure tasks are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of quality and user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of improvement, implementing lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for digital product delivery matters, incorporating feedback for refinement.

Required:

  • 5+ years in digital product delivery, preferably in Education, Mental Health, or Government.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience overseeing digital compliance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and autonomy.
  • Flexibility and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing digital compliance such as IRAP or other IT/privacy processes.

Desired:

  • Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g.., CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools, including JIRA and Mural
  • Technical background in software development.
  • Experience in tertiary education environment.
  • Interest in building digital product operations systems.
  • Demonstrated passion for education, health or mental health projects that make a positive impact on others.
