Job description

Melbourne CBD based - 3 months contract with extensions!

Work as a Desktop Support Engineer with a renowned global consulting firm for a mining company based in Melbourne.

Responsibilities and Skills required include:

  • Level 2 technical support
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, respond quickly to client needs.
  • Be able to work under pressure doing busy periods but stay proactive during the slower periods.
  • Good technical knowledge across hardware/software including (Laptops, tablets, mobile phones, M365 suite, Win 10, SCCM, bitlocker, Azure MFA, Intune, ServiceNow).
