Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an Independent Performance Marketing Agency based in South Yarra. They are looking for a Digital Account Manager / Growth Manager who has some experience with SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Programmatic Media Buying.
The company has around 80+ people with offices across Melbourne & Sydney.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Directors and Group Account Directors to develop strategic marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing projects end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, budgeting, and delivering.
- Develop strong client and project stakeholder relationships to understand their needs and deliver agreed outcomes.
- Produce monthly reports for clients, and be able to articulate results.
- Coach and mentor the Digital executives and coordinators in the team.
What we are looking for
- Account Management experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Have a good understanding of media channels like SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, or Programmatic Media buying.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines.
- Experience managing business clients with a strong emphasis on client and relationship management.
- High-level presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to all clients.
