Role at a Glance:
As the Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager, you'll lead the digital strategy to drive growth across online and in-store channels. Overseeing paid media, SEO, social media, and content marketing, you'll ensure alignment with business goals while enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement. You'll manage a dynamic team to execute impactful campaigns that elevate the brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Execute Digital Strategy
- Drive growth and retention through integrated digital strategies across paid performance, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Align initiatives with business goals, refining strategies to improve acquisition and retention.
2. Lead Performance Marketing
- Oversee all digital, social, and performance marketing efforts to achieve targets and store growth.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for both online and physical sales channels.
3. Ecommerce & Omni-channel Leadership
- Build and execute an ecommerce strategy to drive online traffic and conversion while minimizing impact on store sales.
- Ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience that enhances loyalty.
4. Innovate with Digital Technology
- Implement the latest digital technologies to improve omnichannel performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure smooth integration of new tools and platforms.
5. Data-Driven Optimization
- Use performance data to refine strategies and boost customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to optimize channel performance.
6. Lead & Develop Teams
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketing experts and external agencies.
- Ensure best practices in digital marketing, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate on Campaign Creation
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns align with the brand's identity and drive customer engagement.
8. Manage Budgets & Performance
- Oversee digital marketing budgets, optimizing spend across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor ROI and adjust spending strategies to maximize performance.
Technical Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Senior digital marketing or E-commerce management
- Proficiency in search platforms: PMAX, SA360, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) and GA and GA4.
- Proven success in managing performance across both physical stores and online platforms.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics: acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Experience with digital marketing tools: Hands-on with performance tracking, attribution models, and data-driven insights.
Non-Technical Qualifications:
- Stakeholder management: Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and Demonstrated success in leading projects that drive omni-channel sales growth.
- Leadership skills: Ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams and Expertise in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering results.
- Budget management: Experience in managing budgets for online, digital, and social media expenditures.
- Innovation and curiosity: A track record of testing and learning to improve programs and processes.
- Problem-solving abilities: Skilled in identifying issues, prioritizing actions, and implementing solutions based on data and sales drivers.
