Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an Award-winning Performance Marketing and Advertising agency based close to South Yarra / Richmond train and tram stops. They are looking for an Operations Director who has a background in Media operations working in an Agency Environment.
The current Melbourne team is around 80+ people comprising Digital Strategist, Marketing automation experts, Account Managers / Directors , SEO/SEM/PPC/SMM specialists, and the executive team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Create operational efficiency and excellence to reduce wastage and increase client profitability
- Analyse and reduce operating expenses by increasing operational efficiencies across systems, streamlined processes and strategic automation.
- Optimise documentation ways to accurately introduce company systems, structure, ethos, and team knowledge.
- Develop, maintain and drive adoption of support tools to service the organisation efficiently and effectively.
- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures to ensure systems are agile, nimble and effective.
What we are looking for
- Experience working in a digital media agency or organisation supporting the advertising sales function.
- Familiar with CRM, time and project management systems.
- Experience of Integrating key business platforms and workflows so systems interact with each other and maintain data accuracy.
- Experience of Client Campaign Engagement ; including sales, on-boarding, account management, systems operation, delivery, billing and reporting.
Bonus if you have
- Experience working in an Performance Marketing Agency.
- Strong knowledge base or Certifications of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Automation and Content
