Job description

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the design, build and release of new digital solutions that
are used across. You will develop mission critical applications that will bring digital transformation to the organisation.
Using your knowledge, experience and expertise, you will provide leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing to the wider team.


Key Duties and Accountabilities
 Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions in cloud and on-premise architectures.
 Provide direction to agile teams and support backlog items.
 Ensure solid security, privacy and compliance
 Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analysts, Full Stack Developers and SMEs to influence key application functionality/design.
 Provide mentorship and knowledge to a team of developers.
 Ensure that corporate operations and corporate policies and procedures comply with and are implemented in accordance with the relevant legislation and statutory requirements, Queensland standards and guidelines, and
Corporate and District policies.
 Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
 To ensure there is a strategic approach to the development of contemporary human resource practices and
policies including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination and
commitment to their implementation.

Role Criteria
 Demonstrated experience with PHP (3+ years)
 Front End experience with JS Frameworks (React)
 Back End experience with Databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
 A strong full stack development background with enterprise level experience.
 Tertiary qualification in IT is favourable.
 Analytical thinking and comfortable to delve into the data.
 Growth mindset, always curious and interested in learning.
 Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating in cross-functional teams and with subject matter experts.
 Ability to work on site at Gold Coast
