Role Outline
A prestigious state government department is looking a Senior Developer with a focus on Java technologies. You will be working on a range of projects including new applications and improvements to existing applications.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in all aspects of the SDLC, development with J2EE / Java in an Agile environment.
Skills and experience required:
- 5 years experience + Java Development
- Bamboo, JBoss and GIT experience
- Oracle / SQL knowledge
- Cloud, either AWS or Azure
- Srping boot, AWS or Kafka experience beneficial
- Working knowledge of Splunk or OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
Please note this is a state government department and, if successful, will need to be Covid vaccinated amongst other background checks.
On offer to the successful applicant is a contract role of 6 months (initially) based in Sydney. Rates on offer are up to $900 per day based on your skills and experience. This role has work from home and in the office options.
