Role Summary :

As a Google Ads Executive, you will create, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for leading brands, manage budgets, and provide performance insights. Your role involves keyword optimization, managing Google Merchant Centre accounts, and collaborating with the team to drive client success in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Creation and Execution:

    • Develop and launch paid search campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile brands.
    • Utilize best practices to optimize campaigns on Google Ads and other eCommerce marketing platforms.
  • Keyword Optimization:

    • Research and expand keyword lists to ensure maximum relevance and performance.
    • Craft compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages.
  • Performance Management:

    • Monitor and manage performance metrics to meet or exceed client KPIs.
    • Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Google Merchant Centre Management:

    • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Google Merchant Centre accounts.
    • Create and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management:

    • Ensure budgets are paced evenly or adjusted according to seasonal demands.
    • Conduct account and campaign forecasting based on client objectives.
  • Stay Updated:

    • Keep abreast of new search initiatives and product updates.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to share learnings and explore new opportunities.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1+ years in a paid search agency with a proven track record.
    • Experience managing retail/e-commerce clients with monthly budgets exceeding $100k.
  • Adaptability:

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills:

    • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Communication:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Initiative:

    • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
    • Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Expertise in Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display campaigns, and Google Analytics.
    • Experience with Google Merchant Centre and feed optimizations.
