About The Role:

The primary focus of this role is to provide 1st and 2nd level help desk support for the company's core applications and systems. You will develop your technical skills within the workplace, as you deliver support to a variety of business units to ensure effective day to day IT functioning. You will be reporting to the Infrastructure and Client Services Team Leader.

What You Will Have:

  • Knowledge of personal computer and operating system configuration
  • Microsoft Office desktop applications
  • Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Current Driver's License
  • Capable of providing face to face and phone support
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Well-developed planning and time management skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for learning
