A leading organisation is embarking on a People & Culture transformation initiative, and we are looking for a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of this high-impact program.
You'll be responsible for developing project roadmaps, aligning business units, managing risk & compliance, and ensuring smooth implementation of strategic HR changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a large-scale People & Culture transformation project.
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and timelines, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with senior HR, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to drive execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across business units.
- Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems.
- Track and report on project performance, budget, and outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR transformation, business change, or enterprise-wide programs.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure in complex transformation projects.
- Experience in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Highly organised with a strategic mindset and problem-solving approach.
