Job description

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in transformation environments? Do you excel at stakeholder engagement, risk management, and strategic execution?

A leading organisation is embarking on a People & Culture transformation initiative, and we are looking for a Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of this high-impact program.

You'll be responsible for developing project roadmaps, aligning business units, managing risk & compliance, and ensuring smooth implementation of strategic HR changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver a large-scale People & Culture transformation project.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, and timelines, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior HR, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to drive execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across business units.
  • Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems.
  • Track and report on project performance, budget, and outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in HR transformation, business change, or enterprise-wide programs.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structure in complex transformation projects.
  • Experience in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Highly organised with a strategic mindset and problem-solving approach.
