Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Identity Management Data Engineer to join their Canberra team. This is a 12 month contract with 2x12 months. This role is open for Australian Citizens with an active NV1 Security Clearance.
- 12 month contract with 2x12 months extension option.
- NV1 is required for this role.
- Canberra based candidates only.
- Hybrid role ( 3 days from office and 2 days WFH).
- Paxus pays weekly.
As the Identity Management Data Engineer you works under the broad direction of senior staff to deliver quality outcomes. You will exercise a considerable degree of independence, with decision-making substantially dependent on your high-level judgement and consideration of wider departmental implications.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Extraction of large and complex data sets from the department's Identity Management System.
- Creation of custom reports for the department and our shared services agencies using requirements from business owners.
- Monitoring and development of regular reporting for use internally and externally.
- Manage the administration and operation of the database or reporting.
- Share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert and provide assistance and mentorship to colleagues.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Sound technical knowledge and experience with Power BI.
- The ability to build and maintain complex Power BI reports based on large data sets.
- Knowledge and experience with Identity Management Systems and methodology.
- Knowledge and experience with Apache Directory Studio or similar.
