Job description
We are searching for an Incident Manager to join the command centre of a one of the big 4 banks.
Our client is looking for an individual to join their command centre team. The team is involved in providing effective incident and situation management across all of the high priority incidents. You will be working with several service provider groups to ensure that customers receive convenient and sustainable services. As part of the team, you will also get to work collaboratively with the technology partners and colleagues in enterprise services.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of Incident Management and Major Incident Management (MIM) process
- Minimise high priority incident duration's and impacts
- Ensure incidents receive correct priority ratings
- Identify, manage and drive high priority incident resolution
- Ability to communicate effectively in relation to Incident and Problem Management and related Service Delivery and Support processes
- Produce reports and statistics on the performance of Service Management processes
About you:
- The ability to understand business outputs and services
- Experience with high priority incident management
- A tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, business or finance related disciplining is preferred
