Role Outline
One of Australia's largest, and most beloved, Telecommunications companies is looking for a new leader for their Inside Sales team. This is a high profile role with long term career progression for an ambitious Sales Manager.
Walking into this role you will take the reigns of a high performing sales team and take them to new heights! Leading from the front, you will implement a winning sales strategy, coach your team and managing metrics / KPIs. All while building a pipeline that will ensure you and your teams' success.
Your product offering is diverse and well respected in the industry. This includes mobile voice and data, fixed voice/data as well as ICT products & services.
Skills and experience required:
Career defined by success in sales and management
Knowledge of telecommunications (voice and data)
Expereince selling IT Services and Products
Background in Mobile networks and wireless tech
Sales experience with mid-market organisations
Motivational leader with high emotional intelligence
Strong business acumen
On offer to the successful applicant is a key role with long term career potential. A salary package of up to $160,000 + superannuation + comms with an OTE of approximately $250,000.
