Work as an ISU FICA Functional Consultant with a leading IT Consulting firm based out of Melbourne.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Hands-on experience of SAP ISU FICA (Contract Account) process
- Thorough understanding of exception & BPEM handling
- Good understanding of Integration with other SAP ISU modules (including FICO), external applications.
- Understand the ISU Batch processes.
- Thoroughly understand the various aspects of a BAU / Service Management process, understanding of IT SLA process.
- Conversant in working in Service Management Tool
- Good communication both verbal and written.
