IT & Systems Manager - Full-Time | On-Site | Geelong, VIC

A growing and highly regarded Australian manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment solutions is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Manager to join their expanding team.
About the Role:
As the IT & Systems Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's IT environment - from reviewing existing systems and recommending improvements, to leading software implementations and aligning IT strategies with business growth. This is a hands-on role in a close-knit, values-driven company where collaboration and initiative are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and enhance current IT systems and processes to drive efficiencies.
Present business cases for new software and lead successful implementations.
Oversee cybersecurity and infrastructure, identifying and mitigating risks.
Collaborate with 3rd-party IT providers to ensure smooth operations.
Develop forward-looking IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure system uptime, minimal user disruption, and ongoing staff support.
Gain a deep understanding of existing ERP software (NetSuite).
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar IT leadership role.
Strong understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Experience within a manufacturing or assembly-based business (preferred).
Proven track record in implementing new software systems.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and deliver timely outcomes.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
Full-time, on-site role based in Geelong.
Occasional travel to Rowville office (approx. once a month).
Regular team meetings and strong internal support structure.
