IT Contracts & Procurement Advisor
Brisbane + 4 Days WFH

Join a leading financial services organisation and make a real impact on IT procurement and vendor management. We're looking for a proactive and hands-on advisor to support sourcing, contract governance, and vendor relationships. This is great for someone who thrives on execution more than oversight.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level professional who enjoys getting stuck into the detail. You'll support the IT procurement life cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to managing contracts and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders while contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of IT procurement services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on procurement processes and frameworks

  • Support or lead sourcing activities and vendor negotiations

  • Oversee contract drafting, renewals, and governance

  • Foster strong working relationships with IT vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of procurement practices

About You

  • Based in Brisbane and available for hybrid working

  • Proven experience in procurement, vendor governance, or contract management

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Desirable: CIPSA Level 4, business-related degree, or experience with financial or risk systems; knowledge of ITIL is a bonus
