Our client, the largest global enterprise in the world, is seeking an IT Customer Service Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- First and second level computer troubleshooting
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, businesses, and members of the public.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the lodgement of documents and correspondence.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex matters requiring analysis or specialized knowledge.
Administrative Support
- Process applications, verify documentation, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage end-to-end systems processing and data entry.
- Conduct follow-up communication and manage contract documentation.
- Ensure all actions are compliant with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Space Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible work environment for staff and visitors.
- Monitor and manage office resources, supplies, and equipment.
- Escalate facility-related concerns to the appropriate personnel as needed.
Other Duties
- Respond to a broad range of customer circumstances, providing support through various channels (in-person, phone, online).
- Deliver empathetic assistance to clients during challenging situations.
- Provide basic clinical or specialist support where applicable (training provided if required).
- May involve supervision or guidance of junior team members.
Key Requirements
- First and second level computer troubleshooting
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Competent in using digital systems and office software.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of compliance and confidentiality requirements.
- Experience in a community, healthcare, or public-facing environment is desirable.
