Ballarat Location, 5 days onsite - 12 Months contract with likely extensions!
Work as an IT Support Analyst with a leading Consulting firm as a part of their Technology Services team.
Responsibilities and Skills required include:
- Work as a Workstation Support technician as a part of the local Technology Services team.
- Demonstrate your excellent customer service skills supporting a diverse range of groups.
- Develop your technical skills by working with industry standard software such as Microsoft Windows 11, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Build skills supporting collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs as well as other AV systems.
- Develop your communication skills by working closely with senior Leadership and key customer groups within the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians.
- Develop your training skills via personalised consultations and in open classroom face to face as well as virtual environments.
