About the Role:

As a Support Engineer, you will be the central point of support for all IT services in the Brisbane office, with the opportunity to travel voluntarily on rare occasions. This role will require general expertise across networking/connectivity, end user device support including laptops, tablets, phones, end user application support including O365, Outlook etc.

  • This role is fully office based and will not suit anyone looking for remote opportunities.
  • This contract will initially run until June 2025 with a strong view for extension

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability providing support across L1 to L3 support tasks
  • Commercial experience supporting O365 applications, network / connectivity, and support for laptops, PC's and mobile devices
  • Proactive approach to work - such as assisting the Perth team with tickets during slow periods in the Brisbane office
