Job description

Our client, the largest global enterprise in the world, is seeking an IT support Engineer

  • Skills required:

    • Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems
    • Advanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with Active Directory
    • Experience with Service Now or ITIL ticketing system
    • Experience with MECM / SCCM
    • Network troubleshooting
    • Audio Visual troubleshooting
    • Ability to travel to remote sites
    • Must be willing to work between 12 pm to 8 PM
