Our client, the largest global enterprise in the world, is seeking an IT support Engineer
Skills required:
- Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems
- Advanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Service Now or ITIL ticketing system
- Experience with MECM / SCCM
- Network troubleshooting
- Audio Visual troubleshooting
- Ability to travel to remote sites
- Must be willing to work between 12 pm to 8 PM
