Our client is a well espablished IT Services Company based in Perth and their team is growing. As a successful candiadate you will be resolving technical problems for customers as well as fulfilling various IT administrative activities such as part ordering, repair quotes, stock control and part returns.
Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting faults on end user devices, identifying parts required and then the repair plus QA of the device. Devices are predominantly laptops and desktops.
You should have an excellent customer service and communication skills, be a quick learner with a proactive approach in addressing a clients needs in a timely fashion and most importantly be available on short notice.
