Job description

Join the well established IT Service Desk Team providing first and second level support for colleagues experiencing IT issues, resolving at first point of contact where possible, and escalating as required.

In order to secure this role, you will have great customer service skills and good understanding of IT technology with some experience in a similar role raising and closing IT tickets as well as excellent customer service skills.

You should also have an excellent communication skills, be a quick learner with a proactive approach in addressing a clients needs in a timely fashion and most importantly be available on short notice.

Your skills should also include:

  • Active Directory
  • Windows operating systems
  • Basic Networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and the ability to work through the incident/issue with the end user
  • Experience working in ITIL and Agile environments
