Job description

  • Candidates must be Melbourne based - Interviews ASAP
  • 12 months Contract with likely extensions
  • Melbourne CBD Office - Onsite 5 days per week

Work as an L3 & MacOS Support Engineer with a leading consulting firm on one of their established Melbourne based projects.

Responsibilities include:

L3 Support Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • IMAC support in person for critical 3 offices
  • Walk up support and Floor Walking support comprising of floor changes, new desks, new workplace requirements, office WIFI support / testing,
  • Provide support for authorised hardware / software related incident(s) and Service Request(s) that cannot be resolved by Level 1 IT Service Desk support / L1.5 RTS team

MacOS Support Responsibilities

  • Level 3 support and proficiency in MacOS environments. Provide advanced technical assistance and support for MacOS systems and associated applications
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for MacOS desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain MacOS operating systems and applications.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for MacOS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS operating systems, applications, and hardware. Experience with MacOS deployment tools and remote support tools.
