L3 & MacOS Support Engineer
6-Month Contract | Extensions Likely | Onsite Support
We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer with deep expertise in MacOS environments for a 6-month contract role (with likely extensions). This role involves advanced support for MacOS systems, onsite walk-up and floor support across 3 offices, and handling complex hardware/software issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L3 support for MacOS desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Handle software installs, device configurations, and system troubleshooting
Support IMAC activities, floor changes, and workplace tech needs
Manage offboarding service requests and asset management in line with ITIL
Requirements:
Proven L3 MacOS support experience
Strong knowledge of MacOS systems and tools
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Apple certifications are a plus
