Job description

L3 & MacOS Support Engineer
6-Month Contract | Extensions Likely | Onsite Support

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer with deep expertise in MacOS environments for a 6-month contract role (with likely extensions). This role involves advanced support for MacOS systems, onsite walk-up and floor support across 3 offices, and handling complex hardware/software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for MacOS desktops, laptops, and peripherals

  • Handle software installs, device configurations, and system troubleshooting

  • Support IMAC activities, floor changes, and workplace tech needs

  • Manage offboarding service requests and asset management in line with ITIL

Requirements:

  • Proven L3 MacOS support experience

  • Strong knowledge of MacOS systems and tools

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Apple certifications are a plus
