Job description
Our client is a highly intelligent start-up company working on very modern and sophisticated technologies. They are looking for a Data Scientist who can join their team and bring their highly technical set of capabilities. They are leading the charge in AI-driven performance optimization and cloud cost efficiency to solve a problem and fill and widening gap in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- The first thing we would search for is someone who has experience building either of these models (generative AI or LLMs). Typically, they are done with tensor flow/keras. This would ensure they have relevant expertise and technical knowledge. Usually, it would also mean you have the other skills in the JD as well (refining models and managing datasets and training/evaluating models etc). All that stuff goes hand in hand.
- Someone with a masters/PHD in AI or machine learning.
- The second thing we would search for is probably someone with experience "shaping the project goal. Given it is a lead role, we suspect that management and leadership/coaching experience would be important for the role, and they would be checking the work of and helping junior and senior data scientists.
Requirement
- 5+ years of industry experience using machine learning to solve real-world problems.
