Level 2 Desktop Support Officer
6 months Contract with extensions likely
Melbourne CBD
Skills Required:
- Client facing role, predominantly based in outer Melbourne with expectation to cross train and attend CBD location too when needed.
- Good technical knowledge across hardware/software including Laptops, tablets, mobile phones, M365 suite, Win 10/11, SCCM, bitlocker, Azure MFA, Intune, ServiceNow, MS Teams/Zoom usage.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, respond quickly to client needs.
- Be able to work under pressure doing busy periods but stay proactive during the slower periods.
- Basic Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Basic Printer hardware troubleshooting
